The Role
I work as a Master Data Specialist, where I create and update items, spare parts and supplier information, ensure data accuracy across systems, and prepare SOPs for the department.
My work is primarily computer‑based, but it involves close coordination with colleagues across compliance, orders, product, IT, sales and teams in Vietnam and China.
Background & Approach
I’m originally trained as an office assistant and bring many years of experience from roles working closely with data, processes and documentation.
I enjoy structuring information, diving into details and fixing things so that the next step in the process runs smoothly. For me, it’s important to ensure that the foundation for sales and the wider business is solid and accurate. I approach my work in a thorough, solution‑oriented way and take pride in doing things properly from the start.
What I Enjoy Most
What I value most is the variety – and my colleagues. No two days are the same, and there are always tasks waiting to be solved, along with new ones appearing along the way. I appreciate the balance between deep concentration and a relaxed, informal atmosphere where there’s also room to have fun.
I’m encouraged to take responsibility, learn new things and continuously improve the way we work. We regularly challenge ourselves to ask whether we’re doing things in the best possible way – or whether we can do them smarter.
I find it rewarding to know that this mindset really matters: accurate master data plays a critical role in the value chain, ensuring that measurements, colours and other key information are correct in the sales app and that customer orders are registered accurately from the beginning.
The Tradepoint Culture and A Good Workday
For me, a good workday is closely tied to the culture. It’s relaxed, supportive and down‑to‑earth, and everyone helps each other while working towards the same goal. I appreciate the great facilities, the active employee association and the company size, where you quickly get to know people by name and learn who does what across the organisation.
I value the respectful culture and the openness across roles and levels – everyone can talk to everyone. A good day is one where I get to solve and improve things, my colleagues are in good spirits, and there’s room for both focus and an informal, enjoyable atmosphere.
Personal Interests
Outside work, I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors when the weather allows. I live in the countryside but also enjoy city life and the opportunities it offers.
To Future Candidates
Go for it. There’s a great atmosphere, strong collaboration and real opportunities to influence how things are done – with freedom and responsibility within clear frameworks.
