From day one, you’ll be welcomed by your manager and introduced to the team you’ll be joining. We want you to feel at home right away, so you’ll have the chance to meet your new colleagues in a relaxed setting.
You’ll quickly get the essentials you need and review the introduction programme together with your manager, giving you a clear overview of your first days. At the same time, you’ll be introduced to our goals, mission, vision, values, and the wider organisation.
During your first week, you’ll become familiar with our meeting practices, routines, and workflows to help you settle in and get off to a strong start. In the weeks that follow, you’ll meet leaders and colleagues across the company and gain insight into how different teams work together — and how your role connects with the bigger picture.
After your first month, we’ll sit down together for an evaluation, where you can share your impressions and receive feedback to support your development. To round off the introduction period, you’ll have follow up conversations with your manager to ensure you feel supported and on track.
