The Role
I work as a Customer Project Owner and manage furniture projects through the later stages of their lifecycle. I take over once a product has been developed and sold, and from there I drive the project through approvals, coordination and into mass production. Several projects often run in parallel, so my days are filled with planning, follow-ups, meetings and close collaboration with colleagues across Denmark and China.
Background & Approach
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and English and have completed a project management certification from Mannaz. Over the years, I’ve gained broad experience across different industries, which helps me maintain overview and stay calm when unexpected challenges arise. I use English in my work on a daily basis and collaborate closely with colleagues across functions and borders.
I’ve been part of Tradepoint more than once, which has given me a strong perspective on both the role and the organisation – and confirmed that it’s a workplace I value highly.
For me, successful project work is about curiosity, understanding responsibilities across functions and using the right competencies at the right time — rather than trying to solve everything on my own.
What I Enjoy Most & The Tradepoint Culture
What I value most is the combination of variety, pace and collaboration. No two days are the same, and I enjoy working proactively – spotting potential risks early and solving them before they become problems.
I’m motivated by understanding how people work and by continuously improving the way we do things, both in large processes and small everyday tasks.
At Tradepoint, it’s clear that we all share the same purpose. Complexity is handled internally so customers experience a smooth and professional process. There’s a strong sense of trust, a positive atmosphere and real support from both colleagues and management. You’re listened to, encouraged to develop and given responsibility – something I really appreciate.
I also see strong development opportunities here. I’ve seen several colleagues move into new internal roles, building on the experience they’ve gained.
Personal Interests
Outside work, I enjoy creative projects at home. It can be anything from painting and experimenting with interior design to starting new DIY ideas – even if not all of them get finished.
To Future Candidates
Go for it. There’s room for different personalities and strengths, great opportunities to grow and a working environment where collaboration and development truly matter.
